Today is Sunday. This day is off limits for working in our family. I will take Sundays just to talk about things.
I haven't told you yet about the Plug-In Profit Site program that I am involved in. This program provides you with a FREE website. All you have to do is get a domain name, and the hosting this program wants you to use. My domain is: http://www.explosiveincomebuilder.com/. Check it out. You will find some real value in what a good web site should contain.
Then you need to sign up with 6 affiliate programs which are your 6 income streams (including the hosting company). Plug-In Profit Site guides you through 30 days of training. As time goes on, you are supposed to have a nice residual income. I am on day 11. So far I've done everything this site suggests. I'm still waiting for a sale though. But that probably is because I don't have the budget I would need to make money online already at day 11. I now started to market the Plug-In-Profit Site with articles. See how that works. I just want to see one lousy little sale. Just to make me feel that this whole Internet Marketing system and the whole fuss about Making Money on the Internet is real.
This is the psychological aspect that I need. So, I will talk about that for a moment, because I think it's really important. I need that kind of PEP. It gives me energy and motivation, to continue with the neccessary hope and enthusiasm needed for success. Don't get me wrong; I am not a quitter. I am going to do this. I want to find out to what hights it will lead me financially. Because there is one thing I know for sure: If you quit, you will never know what you could have accomplished and you will always wonder. If you go on, no matter how long it will take you, then it will happen, whatever your goal is. I guess people who are reading this have the same goal as I have. We want to see some money, don't we?! So, don't you ever give up. Don't do this to me. We are all in this together! And I will help you as much as I can, by writing about what I'm doing to finally start Making Money Online. And that in return will help me get some new, fresh ideas.
I encourage you to write me some comments or questions. I will answer them all, hoping to be able to help you go on in your quest for success. By answering them, I have to make some research if I don't know the exact answer. And that will help me in return.
Back to the Plug-In-Profit Site. What Stone Evans suggests for you to do each day is really great. And it is fun on top of it. I personally sometimes get kind of sidetracked though. So, I am trying some other things as well. But these other things are ideas that I developed while I am doing the Plug-In-Profit Site program.
I am writing articles. I have submitted quite a few. Go to Google search and put in my name and you will see for yourself. In these articles I have put some other links of affiliate programs I signed up for (down at the bottom of the articles in the resource or author box). And some of the articles are especially targeted to the content of these other affiliate programs. If you want to try this concept, go to my other blog at: http://elkehoughtonsblog.blogspot.com/. There you will find the other affiliate programs that that I am involved in and some of my articles. I think that the more articles I write, the more my name, and what I am doing, will get around. I'm trying to put as much information into my articles as I can. Thereby testing my knowledge. I do a lot of research by reading other articles, blogs, forums and so on. The knowledge I gain, will hopefully help you get closer and closer to your own goal. As I said: we are in this together. Let us help each other!
By the way. If you like to read the discussions in forums, get involved. Give them a piece of your expertise. And at the end of each comment you have a signature line, where you can post some links to affiliate programs you might be doing. It's a great way to help others and to be helped yourself. You can find discussions about literally everything in forums. And by participating, you will get answers to your own questions. But if you have a question, that you can't find, post your own question and start a discussion. Remember: each time you make a post, your signature line will appear as well. Great Internet Marketing!
I still have to use this method to find out how to start my mini-site empire. That is my other 'thing' that I am doing. Like I said before, I have domains already lined up and I have a reseller account at http://www.hostgator.com/. I even have an autoresponder account at http://www.host4profit.com/. I just need to find out how to plug in that autoresponder, how to make an opt-in box work, so that interested prospects will get the FREE reports and software I will offer. When these prospects sign up for my free reports, my email list will grow. The money is in the list! Does that sound familiar to you?
This piece of knowledge about setting up my autoresponder and the opt-in box, is the main thing that I need to find out right now. I haven't even checked out the host4profit site to see if they tell you how to set their autresponders up. I'm sure the answer to this problem of mine is also somewhere in the Internet. I just have to find it. Can't you tell by now, I am a real bloody Newbie?
But, to rescue my own reputation. I know a lot about Internet marketing. More than I thought I would ever know just a few months ago. It makes me feel good to share this knowledge. And I hope it will benefit my readers as I go along doing the Plug-In-Profit Site and my other ventures. I will keep you posted on what I am doing to Make Money Online. And I will be as specific and down to the point, as I know I would need it myself. Follow my efforts of this day-by-day outline of my success (... and hopefully not so many failures).
